The details of this lightsaber were based on some drawings and an actual Graflex 3-Cell I have in my possession. I'll probably also include this under the 'Anakin' section as well. It's kind of a tricky decision with this one. Anakin built and, I assume, also used it. There is a different version of this as you probably know that was used in TESB. I am not going to redraw it because it's 99% the same, but I will note the differences.

The differences between this an the TESB version are as follows:
1.) The 'clear' button on the bottom was replaced
with another 'red' button as shown on the top.
2.) The TI Calculator bubble was replaced with the insertion end of a
computer card. It shows 13 gold
strips evenly spaced.
3.) The Handgrips were riveted on this time
because they didn't stay on well.

the grips.)
4.) Lastly, the D-ring was attached to a metal channel of sorts
which was attached to the base of the handle.
This saber was base on measurements taken from various images and a drawing I have. I have seen various versions of the activator switch, but the one I selected was the one that is the Graflex tension clamp which I believe was used. From books and magazines that I've read, the reasoning behind the green blade was that the blue one didn't show up very well against the 'blue' sky in the desert scenes in Tunisia (Tatooine). This makes sense to me....also, notice that the blue blades in all the films were only activated against backdrops that weren't primarily blue in color
