This is the Desann Lightsaber. This isn't "totally" 100% dimensioned because it is very organic on the ends. Everything here is to scale so you can print and measure the pieces you like. I do believe the emitter is spherical in shape, but I think it looks better in its faceted format. Since everything cannot totally be seen here, You can see some additional renders below showing the various parts of the lightsaber. Areas on these images - especially the back of the pommel - are hard to see because that is how dark the texture map is. If there are people who want to take the texture map and try and enhance it, let me know and i'll email it to you (it's 500k).
