This is the Reborn Lightsaber. And for those of you who played the game, it is also the lightsaber used by the faculty and students of the Jedi Academy. OK, they never say if there any faculty there or not, but who knows? Maybe they're graduate assistants :) Luke uses his ROTJ saber which is why he's not on the list under Jedi Knight II. The only point of detail remaining to be made here is the fact that the etched patter repeats itself on the opposite side except that it's pointing up on that side as opposed to down on this side. The texture map basically repeats on the opposite side. A special thank you Mike Gummelt and Raven for their assistance!
