This is the Adi Gallia Lightsaber. The drawings I found for this were out of the E1 Visual Dictionary as well as many other photos from various other books that I've found and that people have sent me. Again, the drawing is below and click on it for a larger version.
It would appear now with Episode 2 about to be released two things are evident. One, the blade color will change. Two, other jedi have the same style lightsaber, most notably Bultar Swan who is pictured with one in the Episode 2 Visual Dictionary.
